From the collaboration between Puma and Sagem comes the Puma Phone presented at the Mobile World Congress. The result seems interesting, in any case. The Puma Phone is a light phone, weighing 115g, and featuring a solar panel on the back of the phone. The more the cellphone is recharged with solar energy, the more points users get on the Puma stores, and they can use the points to get free call minutes, songs, sms and so on.
The more technical specifications: 2.8″ TFT QVGA touchscreen display with the resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The battery isn’t that good, only 880 mAh but the solar panel compensates it. It also features a 3.2 megapixel photocamera with LED flash and 6x digital zoom, and a VGA camera on the front. Also present are the compass and A-GPS. The Puma Phone will be launched during the next two months.
