The screen features a 3″ display with 240×400 pixel resolution, with great contrast and brightness that make it easy to use even when directly under sunlight. The touchscreen sensibility during daily use is good, but not perfect; during applications and menu navigation, there’s no problem, but sometimes the SMS and text messages present some issues. Nothing too problematic, in any case.

As for the software, the main screen presents a widget structure with four buttons on the lower tab: calls, phonebook, messages and main menu. For those who wonder about the low resolution, it’s worth reminding that the main screen is a scroll-display: after dragging the preferred widgets and finishing with the editing phase, the splay can be scrolled vertically.

The LG Renoir KC910 is a touchscreen model from LG, with one of its big features being its 8 megapixel photocamera with auto-focus and flash. Starting from the materials and accessories, the KC910 comes with a rather good package: besides the battery recharger, stereo headphones and USB cable, there’s also an extension for the data cables and the TV composite cables.

The phone seems very sturdy and well assembled, although the front plastic cover is a little noisy sometimes. Besides that, the design and materials are very good, the keys are well-finished, the photocamera has a cover for the lens, the USB/recharger and microSD covers open easily and there’s also a dedicated key for locking the display.
